Shipping policy
We know you want your products as soon as possible. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked post. If you require your item sooner let us know and we will do our best endeavours to assist.
Orders placed before 2pm. (UK) will leave our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm. (UK) will leave the next business day.
Orders placed at the Weekend or on Bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year order may take longer to despatch.

Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return or if you have any questions please email us at info@foxyandfriends.online, please state the reason for your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look at this and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
